Chris and Kourtney discovered an immediate attraction to one another amidst an environment where work relationships are unconventional. Over the course of a few months, however, “Office Cutie” (also known as “OC”) and Kourtney became known as Chris & Kourt. A shared passion for livelihood and spontaneity spawned dinners that turned into dancing, immersive conversations that turned into lost reservations…days that turned into a lifetime of love and adventure.

“I was aiming for a romantic, dream-like state, but with playful and whimsical accents. We wanted people to feel enamored and in awe, but also relaxed and ready to get down and boogie!”

“Everyone was dancing, smiling and letting loose. That’s exactly what we were aiming for: we wanted a fun-loving and sentimental wedding. I truly believe that the speeches were doors into our souls, and the little details (e.g., the tequila shots, table names of our fav party places, amazing band) screamed Chris & Kourt.”

BIGGEST CHALLENGE

“We currently live in New York, so planning the wedding from across the country posed a big challenge – a lot of late night calls, time difference hurdles, etc. But if that was the biggest difficulty, we consider us very lucky.”

The band. AMFM with Downbeat LA, we can’t thank them enough for absolutely tearing it up. Furthermore, the dance floor was NEVER empty, and the crowd loved how interactive the band was the highlight of the night, hands down!

ADVICE FOR FUTURE COUPLES PLANNING A WEDDING

Remember that the day is about you and your love. It’s a celebration of how blessed you are to have found each other. Also, keep that in mind throughout the whole wedding planning process and throughout your special day, and everything else will fall into place.
