I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween. April and I will be having our Halloween party tonight. High five for 50% costumes!
About a month ago, I got a chance to photograph a fun, outgoing couple. Grace and Sam said their “I do’s ” at Tivoli Terrace in Laguna Beach, CA. These two couldn’t stop smiling throughout the day.
Our favorite part about the wedding planning process was being able to work closely with each other. The planning definitely helped us to become closer and to really understand what it means to start making decisions as one unit. We also enjoyed being able to work closely with our closest friends and family.
For Sam: “It was watching my wife walk down the aisle. It was a beautiful and amazing sight as she is.”
Some emotional moments were while we were exchanging vows (of course Grace cried! which caused Sam to tear up just a tad bit!) Another emotional moment was when we were both greeting our parents thanking them for all they have done for us. Some memorable moments for Sam was watching Grace walk down the aisle with her dad. For the both of us: our first kiss and our intro dance with the groomsmen and bridesmaids.
I actually rented my dress from Wilshire Bridal located in Los Angeles (have no idea of the designer name, sorry!)
A majority of the decorations were provided by our venue, Tivoli Terrace. Few other decorations were DIY products we worked on. Flowers were done by a friend of mine, Amanda Dusch (you can find her facebook page by searching Amanda’s Flowers)
